Laif Demaison-- located in the USA he's both and exporter and an importer. He's collected the Tropheus Tanzanian murago and brought them into the States. In the past 18 months he's had both the Tropheus ilangi and the Altolamprologus yellow Calvus which are in a protected national park and illegal to collect! He continues to collect, export and import endangered and protected species. He currently has the opthalmotilapia boops nkondwe which is said to be in danger from over collection
Tobias Schmidt-- German export and importer Tobias has worked with Cuthbert Zillale to collect hundreds of Tropheus Tanzanian murago and has YouTube videos showing hundreds in his stock tanks. This is horrible and he very well may cause the extinction of this fish himself. He also in the past 18 months has had Tropheus ilangi and Altolamprologus yellow Calvus which are illegal to collect
Van Der Lemmoh-- this guy goes under a fake Facebook name and has been to lake Tanganyika a few times. It's said he found the Tropheus Tanzanian murago for Janicki and has imported a large number for sale
Janicki-- German exporter and importer. He's by far the largest exporter on Lake Tanganyika. This exported has many collection teams and collects fish by the hundreds and thousands. He's collected the Tropheus Tanzanian murago. Has collected the Tropheus ilangi and the Altolamprologus yellow Calvus which are protected and illegal to collect and also the Altolamprologus white Calvus which is endangered from over collection.
These are a few of the men I believe are causing problems at Lake Tanganyika by over collecting. Collecting endangered fish and having no regard for the species and its preservation.
voici un texte émis par un américain qui a un magasin de cichidés... c'est un état des lieux et une prise de conscience? ou juste une jalousie ? en tout cas, cela amène le débat...
